Rachel McKinley is our Environmental Projects Manager. She enjoys working with the residents to improve water quality and reduce pollution from wastewater and stormwater.  She promotes best water resource practices through scientific research and implementing practical solutions in this rural area surrounded by National Park. Over the past decade, Rachel has worked on a variety projects in the geologic consulting and tourism fields including: natural gas and oil, mining, geophysical and environmental research and monitoring, resorts & campgrounds management.  She holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Geological Sciences from the University of Missouri-Columbia and a Post-Baccalaureate Certificate in Geographic Information Systems from Penn State.
